These terms and conditions govern your use of our billing software solutions (POS). By subscribing, installing, or using the service, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully.

1. Subscription and Service Policy

• Subscriptions grant access to our billing software services and are subject to these terms.
• Once the software is installed, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable.
• The software is provided as-is; any additional features or customizations must be requested separately.

2. Customization and Modifications

• Before Installation:
  • Customizations requested prior to installation are chargeable based on complexity and scope.
• After Installation:
  • Any changes, updates, or additional features requested after installation will incur separate charges.
  • Modifications will be scheduled based on availability and may require downtime.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are not available once the software has been installed and activated.
• Partial Refunds:
  • In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered before installation, subject to review.
  • Administrative charges may apply in such cases.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before installation or activation.
• We accept payments only via the following methods:
  • Indian credit cards.
  • Indian debit cards.
  • UPI.
  • Net banking.
• No other payment modes are accepted.

5. Data Collection and Usage

• We collect and process financial reports, customer details, and business transaction data.
• Data collection is for the sole purpose of generating accurate reports, improving software functionality, and providing business insights.
• All data is handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations.

6. Service Limitations

• The software is designed to operate as per the features outlined in the service agreement.
• Compatibility with third-party systems or custom integrations is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon before subscription.
• The service does not cover losses due to hardware failures, user errors, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for:
  • Business losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
  • Errors resulting from incorrect data input or misuse by users.
• The user is responsible for maintaining data accuracy and proper system use.

8. Support and Maintenance

• Technical support is available during the active subscription period for resolving software-related issues.
• Support requests for customizations, third-party integrations, or user errors may incur additional charges.
• Regular updates and maintenance are provided as part of the subscription.

9. Termination and Renewal

• We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for non-compliance with these terms or misuse of the software.
• Subscription renewals must be completed before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All collected data is treated as confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
