Refund Policy for Software
1. Annual Subscriptions
- If you are dissatisfied with our software during the first 30 days of usage, we encourage you to share your concerns.
- We will work to address the issue, offer an available solution, or provide a timeline for resolution.
- If you remain unsatisfied, we will offer a HALF REFUND and downgrade your account to the Basic Plan with limited features.
2. Discontinuation, Breakage, or Alteration of Features
- If a feature available at the time of your subscription is removed, broken, or discontinued, please notify us immediately.
- If we cannot address the issue in a timely manner, you will be eligible for a PRO-RATED REFUND for the unused portion of your subscription.
3. Customizations
- Customizations requested to tailor the software to your specific requirements will incur additional charges.
- Once delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued for customized features or modifications.
4. Auto-Renewals
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Before renewal, we will notify you via email about the renewal amount and payment mode.
- If you forget to cancel a subscription before it renews, you may contact us within two business days of the renewal date to request cancellation. We will process your cancellation and issue a HALF REFUND for the renewal payment.

- If a service element included in your contract is removed or altered, and we cannot restore it promptly, you will qualify for a PRO-RATED REFUND for the unused portion of your contract.
3. Customizations and One-Time Services
- Customizations or one-time services are developed based on specific requirements and incur additional fees.
- Once delivered and accepted, no refunds will be processed for these services.
4. Auto-Renewals
- Services will auto-renew unless canceled.
- Pre-renewal notifications will detail the renewal fee and payment method.
- For cancellations within two business days of renewal, we will process a HALF REFUND of the renewal payment.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds (HALF or PRO-RATED) will not be provided in the following situations:
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your access to FlexiBilling products or services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
- Post-Acceptance of Deliverables: Customizations or services that have been delivered and accepted are not eligible for refunds.
